Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, particularly within the services industry.
This fully remote role focuses on proactive lead generation, prospecting, and identifying potential clients for our recruiting services in the Technology industry.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be adept at building relationships with external stakeholders while effectively collaborating across various departments.
You will work remotely, report directly to the CEO, and operate on a Spain time zone schedule.
Your primary focus will be on target markets in the USA and Europe.
Key Responsibilities: Conducted comprehensive research and proactive lead generation to identify potential clients seeking recruiting services in the technology industry.
Engage with potential clients through emails, social media, and phone calls.
Assess leads against predefined criteria within our database to determine their suitability and readiness to move into the sales pipeline.
Utilize lead prospecting tools such as Apollo and Crunchbase to identify and qualify leads.
Manage and update CRM (Pipedrive preferred) with accurate and detailed information.
Execute cold calling and email marketing campaigns to nurture and convert leads.
Prospect and engage with potential clients on LinkedIn.
Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience, particularly in services.
Advanced English proficiency (you will be selling in English).
Experience with lead prospecting tools (Apollo, Crunchbase).
Proficiency in CRM systems, with a preference for Pipedrive.
Experience in cold calling and email marketing campaigns.
Strong experience in prospecting on LinkedIn.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting with high accountability.
