Working Hours:Our weekday core working hours are 08.00 – 18.00 and weekends on a rota basis, Saturday 09.00 - 17.00 and Sunday 10.00 - 16.00.
Sales Consultant Responsibilities:Participates in planning & working sales campaigns and promotionsEstablish and maintain strong and loyal relationships with key business partnersCommunicates and develops strong personal relationships with customersOffers sound advice and product knowledge to customers on vehicles, prices, specifications and technical dataUses knowledge of the competition to highlight advantages to customersConcludes sales in a professional manner and with the best interest of the companyDisplays effective time management and self-efficiency to manage their own diaryMaintains accurate information of customer database within franchise and legal guidelinesOrganises all administrative aspects of the transaction in line with the customers' expectationsDisplays sound knowledge of the finance products available and documents fully for compliance purposesWhat's required from you?Demonstrates enthusiasm and passion for selling the BYD Brand within the Motor IndustryIs highly motivated, articulate and communicates effectivelyEnjoys exceeding customer expectationsCity West Country Core Behaviours:Driving Sales– Identifies and initiates opportunities to drive sales and deliver commercial benefits
