The Role
Position Overview : The Sales and Support Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the sales team and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
This role combines sales activities with customer support, aiming to drive sales growth while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities :
- Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and sales processes.
- Prepare and process sales orders, quotes, and invoices.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products / services.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Generate sales reports and provide insights to the sales team.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints, escalating to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Provide product information, pricing details, and technical support to customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify potential upsell opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Work closely with the marketing team to support promotional activities and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the product development team to stay updated on new products and features.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market trends, and competitive activities.

Ideal Profile
Qualifications :
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
Qualifications :
