ReOrbit is looking for an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager for the LATAM region.
This role will take the lead in selling Communication Satellites and developing the business in the LATAM Region within governments, civil and defense sector, satellite operators, etc.
The Sales and Business Development Manager will be part of ReOrbit Argentina branch, reporting in matrix to the CEO of Argentina Branch office and to the VP of Sales in our headquarters in Helsinki, who are responsible for the global sales in the company. The role will take ownership of assigned client relationships and develop new markets within LATAM region and participate in different conferences and seminars engaging with stakeholders from the space sector.

Responsibilities: Develop and execute Sales Strategies for LATAM to meet Regional Sales Target Sell Communication satellites, manage customer relationships, and develop new sales opportunities within LATAM market. Identify and establish relationships with Potential Customers, Partners, Governments, and industry experts in LATAM market Utilize professional selling and business development techniques combined with product knowledge to market ReOrbit products. Gather customer requirements and work with the Solution Engineers to iterate on and improve ReOrbit product offerings. Meet with the Global Sales Team to review business development opportunities, strategy, and current market landscape. Conduct market research and competitor analysis for LATAM Market to identify customer needs & market trends Develop and maintain accurate pipeline of sales opportunities in CRM, tracking all stages from Lead Generation to Closing Represent ReOrbit in various forums, including conferences, telecommunication and connectivity panels, etc. Skills and Requirements: Essential Bachelor's degree 10+ years of experience in a business development or sales role 5+ years of technical sales experience Desired Independently motivated professional with a demonstrated track record of pursuing and closing complex deals Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills Availability to frequently travel around LATAM Experience in aerospace sales with established networks of contacts, preferably in LATAM Good understanding of telecom satellites market, satcom operations, and communication market in LATAM Fluent in Spanish and English Preferably located in Buenos Aires, Argentina What does ReOrbit do?
