Job Description & Summary A career in Sales and Marketing will provide you with the opportunity to focus on positioning a distinctive PwC brand in the marketplace and drive long term revenue growth for the Firm. You'll focus on designing, developing, and implementing communication programmes and media events to promote and sell the PwC's brand and services as well as contribute to and evaluating our pricing strategies in the marketplace.

You'll work with sales and marketing teams to drive consistency in executing our client relationship, and business development strategy, as well as driving our sales framework to help deliver value on key business initiatives.

Drive internal account management strategic activities for assigned clients.Assist the Lead Partners and Client Service Directors on assigned accounts by owning and driving the development of the account growth strategy.Planning account planning calls and strategy sessions and managing account plans.Help build existing and new client relationships.Drive relationship-building activities for assigned accounts, including managing relationship maps/plans and identifying opportunities to utilize marketing activities to drive sales relationships.Prepare account teams for business development-focused client interactions and presentations, including creating meeting materials.Support current and new business opportunities.Manage the CRM sales pipeline including current state and forecasting.Analyzing account financials to better understand pipeline and revenue forecasting and monitor progress against account goals.Help manage the pursuit process through various ways.Project manage the proposal.Proof reading and writing sections of the proposal.Drive firmwide pursuit and account management excellence.Be an advocate and trainer for Salesforce, promoting its effective use, and support practice staff with advice and assistance on best practices.Be a champion of the firm's standard business development methodology (Pursuit) and the use of sales best practices within your assigned client and inspire others to adapt.Understand the firm's marketing plans and develop an account-based marketing plan that relate to the assigned accounts.People Leadership Enabling the success of the local AC Sales Enablement Team in supporting their employee life cycle.Alongside the Director – Sales Enablement and functional teams, help recruit, onboard and train the right skilled resources to achieve results and business plan objectives.Work with management team to set clear objectives for team members based on capacity and specialization; managing performance through career discussions, feedback and timely conversations.Identify, develop, reward and train resources with the right skills to develop a high performing team.Serves as a liaison across sites (Canada and ACs) to collaborate, coordinate with counterparts to help translate unique cultural and other local needs, help address any challenges and opportunities.Work across the team and across the function to create the right synergies between team members and the right work environment by adhering to all policies, procedures and guidelines where colleagues can thrive.Operational Leadership Support the onboarding process to ensure new employees are effectively integrated into the Firm and Firm's Global Account Management Framework.Coordinate with various functional areas to ensure all necessary resources and training are provided.Oversees the day-to-day activities of the team, ensuring that "business as usual" operations are managed and performing efficiently and effectively.Be the primary point of contact for staff escalations and resolve issues with the support of relevant stakeholder(s).
