About The OpportunityNetrix Global is looking to incorporate a Sales Account Executive to join our Sales Consulting Team, on Data & IA, Cloud and SW Development Professional Services team.
This person will provide for the growth and development of the organization through the sale of services and technological solutions / consulting (Data & IA, Cloud + Dev), for Argentina.
The responsibilities will include driving new businesses, revenue, technology adoption and market penetration in clients (mostly enterprise and SMB accounts), and the ideal candidate will possess sales expertise, and technical (nice to have) that allows them to drive CXO - level engagement with both business areas and tech-solutions leaders, CTO and others IT Roles.
A consultative sales approach is expected of the candidate: prioritizing relationship, account management, opportunity sales cycle, stakeholder mapping, BANT, etc. You should also be an entrepreneur who is prepared to develop and execute the account coverage plan and consistently meet quarterly revenue goals.
How You Will Make An ImpactGenerating sales contracts, driving revenue, and market share in a defined account territory.Meet or exceed quarterly/yearly sales targets.Know and promote the offerings of Netrix Global, through the practices of Migration & DevOps, Security, Development, Data & IA, MSP, IOT, among others.Develop the plan/forecast, participating in the definition of sales targets.Develop and execute a comprehensive account/territory plan.Manage the entire sales cycle processes and CRM Pipeline: keep updated.Participate in sales meetings, coordinate agendas with clients/team Netrix Global, and document in internal tools (CRM, APN, etc.).Ensure end-to-end compliance from the identification of documented lead/BANT to its transition to the operations area.Create, coordinate and articulate compelling value propositions around Netrix Global services.Manage proposal financial processes, including Pricing.Accelerate customer adoption by interacting with C-level and different stakeholders.Maintain a solid and recurring sales flow.Work with AWS and other partners to expand reach and drive adoption to sales.Identify, build, develop, and manage strategic relationships with key accounts.Ensure customer satisfaction.Collaborate in the assembly and execution of a demand generation strategy with Marketing and Executive Management.Identify new accounts to work with, expanding the installed base and generating commercial activities such as Immersion Day, Round Tables, etc.What You Will Bring To The TableMinimum of 5 years of technology-related sales or business development experience, at a management position.Solid independence and autonomy in the Executive role.Demonstrable Executive relationships in the industry.Extensive knowledge of the AWS ecosystem.Experience in consultative selling.Minimum of 5 years of client-facing experience working with enterprise accounts.Excellent communication skills with clients.Ability to translate customer needs to technical pre-sales teams.Knowledge of the technology market, particularly Cloud computing.Proactively understand technological trends.Fluency in Spanish; proficiency in English is highly desirable.Sales leadership with a track record of autonomy and independence.Location
