Job Description - Safe Practice Consultant (MER0002MTY) Description The practitioner playing SPC role is expected to Coach and Implement Transformation using SAFe Framework. In addition, the candidate is expected to have project/program management experience. Qualifications Total 10 to 16 years' work experience of which 4 to 5 years has been specifically on SAFe transformationBachelor's Degree in Engineering from reputed institutionsSPC (SAFe Practice Consultant 6.0) active certification is a mustSAFe – LPM certification is good to haveShould possess SAFe Implementation experience at an Enterprise level for at least 3 to 4 PIs consecutivelyShould have led/played significant role in end-to-end Agile transformation programsExpertise in Scrum and Kanban is mandatory. Experience in LeSS or Scrum@Scale or other frameworks are preferred.Experience in Automotive/Auto-ancillary industry is preferredCoaching skills at different levels of the Organizations (Portfolio, ART and Teams) and LeadershipWorking Knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence, Power BI reports.Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills.Outstanding Communication skills, both written and verbal.OrganizationMercedes-Benz Research and Development India Private Limited
