Responsibilities Hunt and Close New Business: Prospect and close new enterprise-level customers, navigating complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and nurture strong, long-lasting customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and thought leader, closing renewals, upsells, and expansions.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with our marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction, and retention and drive growth.
Forecast and Report: Accurately forecast sales activity and revenue achievement, maintaining excellent Salesforce hygiene.
