You will help to build, implement, and run strong operational processes and programs to support the strategic objectives of this function. You will develop expertise and knowledge of commercial acumen, end-to-end processes, tools and initiatives to deliver strategic objectives.
 
Accenture Corporate Functions is undergoing organizational and digital compressed transformation. This role is critical to the successful outcomes of this transformation.
The role takes a focal position (Programme Direction) in the lifecycle of a transformation programme, working in partnership with a range of stakeholders to ensure programme structure, shaping, mobilization, execution, and adoption.
This program is fast paced and high profile, senior sponsorship. Experience working to very challenging timelines, excellent stakeholder management and are OK in working in the grey.
We are looking for individuals that have either proven programme management and delivery expertise or a strong commercial acumen background.
Key Responsibilities Shape and Mobilize Programs Implement standard project management rigor such as governance structure, project planning, status reporting and risk & issue managementContinuously drive to add value by identifying process efficiencies or through innovative solutionsLeading virtual and in-person workshop sessions, as needed, with teams globallyProvide coordination among teams as needed to ensure a holistic viewWork closely with cross-functional areas, ensuring cross team involvement is occurring as neededStrong judgment, ability to prioritize and make decisions, and a high level of common senseDirectly manage key risks and issuesBusiness Acumen Focus on improving the commercial experience for our Client Account Leads and their account teamsWork with Corporate function teams to implement a simple and standardized way to do service introduction across all account lifecycle or client account team changes and ensuring process is following consistently for CALsStrong focus on commercial acumen, reducing 'noise' to CALs where possible and ensuring CALs and account teams are aware of their commercial responsibilitiesLiaise with knowledge network regarding commercial acumen updatesCollaborate Create solid relationships and working as a team to deliver end to end outcomesCollaborate and confidently share success with colleagues from other areas of AccentureRelationships Reports to: Overall Initiatives Lead, will have Business Leads from the function as the primary internal 'client'Successfully collaborate with global teamsExperience in stakeholder & relationship managementPeople Development and Culture Embracing the matrix organization and championing shared success Qualifications · Preferably 5+ years of client facing experience
· Ability to work with and manage resources remotely
· BA required. Postgraduate or MBA qualification an advantage
Required Skills · Experience with strategic change enablement, process change and/or project management

· Established program management and organization skills – ability to effectively track
· Highly effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills
· Effective leadership presence – ability to build strong rapport with Accenture leadership

· Knowledge of delivery methods desirable
· Strong people skills – building credibility and buy in for the change needed – both at leadership and at team level
· Ability to connect, collaborate and coach effectively with others in a multi-cultural, multi-location team environment, from junior to most senior levels of Accenture
· Strong business acumen
