About the Company: We are an international company looking for a skilled Russian-speaking Customer Support Translator to join our team.
This is a remote position , allowing you to work from anywhere in Portugal , but you must be a resident of Portugal with a valid work permit.
Position: Russian Customer Support Translator Location: Remote (Anywhere in Portugal) Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Provide translation and customer support to Russian-speaking clients via email, chat, and phone.
Translate customer inquiries, product details, and service information from Russian to English or other languages as needed.
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and answering queries promptly.
Work closely with internal teams to maintain quality service.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and translations.
Requirements: Native or fluent in Russian (written and spoken).
Good communication skills in English .
Prior experience in customer support or translation is a plus.
Must be resident in Portugal with a valid work permit .
Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
