We are looking for a Reward and Global Mobility Manager to navigate the complexities of reward strategy and employee mobility within our UK operations.This role is a unique opportunity to lead the delivery of compensation, benefits, and global mobility in alignment with our overarching HR and business strategies, while also ensuring compliance with policy and legal frameworks.
In this strategic position, you will work closely with the Head of Reward and People Services to oversee the compensation and benefits landscape. Your responsibilities will include the management of the annual salary review, the execution of the annual bonus payout, and input into the design of corporate compensation structures. You will also be at the helm of our recognition programs, salary benchmarking, and job evaluation processes, ensuring that our reward mechanisms are both competitive and equitable.
Global mobility is a critical aspect of this role. You will lead the local design for onboarding and offboarding assignees, ensuring that our practices are in harmony with global policies and budgetary considerations. As the primary contact for all mobility-related topics, you will manage the day-to-day relationships with key third-party suppliers, ensuring a seamless experience for our international assignees.
Your leadership will extend to the management and development of the Reward team. You will be responsible for distributing the daily workload and overseeing cyclical activities, ensuring that your team is both effective and efficient. Part of your mandate will be to design, implement, and manage the ongoing governance processes for the Reward team. This includes managing supplier contracts, maintaining compensation and benefit-related policies, adhering to corporate audit requirements, and organizing folder structures.
Data is the lifeblood of informed decision-making, and you will oversee the production of HR data reporting. This encompasses the management of annual remuneration and benefit surveys, as well as statutory reporting requirements such as the Gender Pay Gap. Your insights will inform and influence compensation design and preparation for business-as-usual topics, partnering with key internal stakeholders from Tax, Finance, IT, and Legal departments.
Your generalist understanding of Reward design, grounded in experience within a Compensation and/or Benefits environment is important. You will have a track record of managing cyclical and routine processes, underpinned by excellent analytical skills that allow you to draw insights from both qualitative and quantitative data. A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential, as is a real focus on attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Influencing with data and insights, you will have the ability to engage confidently with senior management, prioritising both your own and your team's workload while adapting to changing deadlines and priorities. Experience with business change and the ability to apply a broader business context to this role will be highly regarded.
