The Impact You'll Make:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable reporting and information gathering to drive business alignment across the organization.
Performance Insights: Analyze and interpret data to provide comprehensive insights into sales representative and team performance. Identify key trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement to optimize sales strategies. Develop and maintain forecasting models, analyze revenue trends, and track performance against targets.
Account Segmentation and Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine account segmentation strategies. Utilize data to optimize account prioritization, allocation of resources, and overall revenue growth.
Data Management and Reporting: Maintain and enhance data integrity within our systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency of sales-related data. Generate regular reports and dashboards for business partners using Excel and PowerPoint.
Business Intelligence Expertise: While proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is a must, experience with Sisense or comparable Business Intelligence tool is a strong plus. We utilize Sisense to create advanced data visualizations and interactive dashboards for in-depth analysis and improved data accessibility.
Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to streamline and optimize revenue operations processes. Implement best practices and automation to enhance operational efficiency.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales, finance, and other cross-functional teams to understand their analytical needs and proactively deliver actionable insights and solutions.
Industry Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales analysis and funnel management. Apply this knowledge to enhance our analytical capabilities and strategic decision-making.
What You'll Bring to Us:
+2 years of experience in Analytical roles (in Finance, Sales, Marketing or similar)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
Advanced/ Native English Skills (Speaking, Writing, Listening and Reading)
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Familiarity with Salesforce
Ability to understand business objectives and develop KPIs for measurement of success;
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex data in a clear and concise manner.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large datasets to derive meaningful insights
Experience with Sisense or other business intelligence tools is a plus.
Detail-oriented, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Collaborative team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
