As our Revenue Growth Manager , you'll own the experimentation process, running tests that uncover what makes users tick.
You'll create campaigns that spark excitement, craft subscription strategies that drive loyalty, and analyze data to uncover growth opportunities.

What you'll be doing • Design, implement, and manage rigorous A/B tests to optimize subscription features , pricing strategies, and user experiences.
• Utilize tools like Firebase Remote Config for real-time feature toggling and experimental setups.
• Analyze results to derive statistically significant insights and actionable recommendations.
• Plan, execute, and optimize growth promotions such as limited-time offers, subscription upsells, and cross-promotions, to drive revenue and engagement.
• Identify opportunities to enhance subscription offerings through tiered pricing, feature prioritization, and renewal incentives.
• Experiment with trial offers, discounts, and retention strategies to reduce churn and increase user lifetime value (LTV).
• Use SQL and Metabase to analyze user behavior, experiment outcomes, and campaign performance.
• Segment users to tailor monetization strategies for different cohorts (e.g., power users vs. casual users).
• Collaborate with data teams to refine metrics and ensure precise measurement of outcomes.
• Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to implement experiments and growth initiatives.
• Translate experimental findings into actionable strategies to optimize user engagement and monetization.
• Develop a systematic experimentation playboo k to scale testing efforts across the organization.
• Create detailed reports on experimentation and campaign outcomes, including compelling visualizations using Miro or similar tools.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation to ensure reproducibility and scalability of successful strategies.
What you'll need to succeed • 5+ years of Proven experience in A/B testing, experimentation, and growth campaign execution.
• 3+ years of successfully optimizing B2C Mobile App monetization.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Firebase Remote Config, and Metabase.
• Expertise in subscription models, renewal strategies, and churn analysis.
• Strong data visualization skills for presenting findings and insights, ideally with Miro.
• Technical fluency to work with development teams on testing frameworks and implementation.
Soft Skills • Proactive Problem-Solving : Ability to independently identify and pursue new growth opportunities.
• Communication : Strong verbal and visual skills to convey insights effectively.
• Detail-Oriented : Precision in experiment design, execution, and analysis.
• Systematic Thinking : A structured and logical approach to testing and decision-making.
• Toughness and Resilience : Confidence to handle ambiguous or negative results and iterate rapidly.
Bonus points • Statistical Programming : Experience with R or Python for data manipulation, analysis, and experimentation is a strong plus • Experience working with Purchasely tool • Creative Flair f or designing engaging test variations (e.g., subscription offers, copy, or visual elements).
• Experience with UX/UI design principles to collaborate effectively with designers.
• Copywriting skills to refine subscription offers or in-app messaging.
• You are a migrant by yourself , highly desired an American who lives abroad in CET timezone.
• Personal Experience with Migration : Highly desired if you are a migrant, preferably an American living abroad in the CET timezone, offering unique user insights..
The interview process 1.
First Round : A casual chat with our People Team to introduce ourselves and explore if we're a great fit (30 minutes) 2.
Second Round : A deeper conversation with our Hiring Manager to discuss your background and experience (1 hour) 3.
Challenge : Show your skills through a hands-on challenge designed to showcase your expertise.

Final Round : Present your insights from the challenge and discuss your vision with our CEO (45 minutes).
