Job Title – Recruiter Location – Bury BL9 8RR Working rota – Monday to Friday Working hours – 40 hours per week What You'll Be Doing: As a Recruiter, you'll be doing the following: From first candidate touch point be a professional advocate of the JD group. Maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, ensuring candidates are well informed and looked after at each stage of the recruitment journey Ensure business areas follow a structured interview process, identifying high performing candidates within the market that match our business requirements and values. Manage and update the ATS database with different information Prepare manage and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures, including new starter information, Right to Work Checks and maintaining key recruitment data.
