Objective of job:
Overall responsible for analyzing, steering, and communicating the dealer's performance. In addition, support the internal communication, project management, and coordination of the Van team.
Task description: Dealer Performance Analysis and Steering:
• Conduct service performance evaluation in accordance with KPI analysis, performance report preparation for management.
• Dealer service performance report.Dealer target simulation and allocation:
• Simulate and allocate annual parts sales targets based on dealer performance.
• Conduct dealer target sign off and confirm process.Dealer competence improvement and workshop:
• Based on the dealer feedback, work cross team to provide dealer coaching program design, implementation, and tracking.
• Organize cross-function project/workshop such as Annual Dealer Conference.Business and project Coordination:
• Implement cross function (such as sales & ND) project to improve the dealer performance such as Dealer Standard and Risk Dealer management and training.Reporting and Team Coordination:
• Department/team report preparation for management.
• Promote Van team internal communication and cooperation, such as team meeting organization, internal report consolidation.
• Ad-hoc coordination work.Qualifications: Education:
Minimum bachelor degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Engineering with relevant majors. Automotive industry with retail or wholesale experience is preferable.
Experience:
• At least 5 years experience in an automotive business environment, both retail and wholesale with particular responsibilities for wholesales/retail steering, dealer management.
• Good strategic thinking and personnel management skills as well as good communication, presentation, computer, and customer relations skills.
Specific Knowledge:
• Dealer management, data analysis, reporting experience (specific knowledge of Automobile dealer analysis is a plus).
• Knowledge of After-Sales parts/service business.
• Well organized and logical thinker, and attention to details, good at concept development.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in Chinese and English.
• Innovative thinking with experience of digital transformation and data-driven retail.
• Positive, proactive, self-motivated attitude coupled with good time management, pressure management, and conflict resolution skills.
Special remark for hiring:
This is a limited term position with a 2 years fixed employment contract.
