Your Responsibilities are: Daily Sales Monitoring & Performance AnalysisCollect daily sales related data (new order, cancellation, back-order, confirmed retail, etc.) from the dealers and verify figures.Create daily sales monitoring reports and circulate them to internal recipients (including MBK management) for sales trend analysis and accurate sales projection.Analyze the sales trend and retail progress per dealer based on market share (%) and per model based on sell-out ratio (%).Mirror the consolidated figures into the PowerBI tool accurately for real-time data updates.Monthly Sales Closing Tasks and Sales Figures ManagementOn the last working day of every month, download captured retail data from the system and analyze the retail status per model, usage, and dealer to support management in achieving accurate closing points and guiding dealers to finalize month-end retail figures.After month-end closing completion, on the first working day of the next month, compare the DMS (local retail invoice system) captured data and AIDA (HQ reporting tool) reported data, and communicate with HQ for retail closing data for internal reporting about final closing figures.Once the final figures are aligned, update all sales reports based on the final closing figures (Monthly retail report, Dealer stock report, Power BI update, Management report materials, and sharing data with other departments and entities such as MBFSK and MBMK).Aside from routine monthly closing assignments, when there is a request to provide sales-related data to other departments or external parties, process the data and deliver it to the requested parties on time.Automotive Industry Registration Analysis and Market ResearchCarry out automotive sales result reports (in presentation format) for internal and external parties (Domestic brands, Imported brands, Competitors sales status, Top selling models, etc.) based on official vehicle registration reports from Carisyou or KAIDA.Study automotive market situations from public news or data to build sales strategies and enhance sales programs/schemes agilely.Monitor competitors' business situations and released strategies to contribute and make insightful decisions internally.Monthly Meeting Material Update and Team Meeting SupportBased on the daily monitoring sales data and progress status, create the storyline for dealer communication to lead dealer contributions for our volume target achievement.Support dealer communication dashboard or regular meeting material preparation such as news article research, proper animations/picture collections, or presentation beautification works.Aside from regular internal/external meetings, for ad-hoc meetings, collaborate with other team members to complete the meeting material for delivering proper proposals in a timely manner.Qualifications Education: 4-Year University graduate (or current university students who are expected to graduate soon). Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or equivalent major preferred.
Experience: Operational background experience preferred (1 year of professional experience preferred, including internship).
Specific Knowledge: Outstanding MS Office software skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean. Strong team spirit and collaboration work skills. Strong integrity and organizational skills with attention to detail.
