Description Welcome to Mercedes-Benz Korea.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager for Organizational Transformation and Change Management to lead the implementation of the "Retail of the Future" initiative in Korea. This role is pivotal in driving change within our wholesale organization and ensuring seamless collaboration with retail operations, HR, and top management.
Your responsibilities are: Project ManagementLead Organizational Transformation: Spearhead the transformation efforts within the wholesale organization, aligning strategies with the "Retail of the Future" initiative.Change Management: Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.Future Structural Design: Design the structural organization for the future setup post go-live, ensuring that the new structure supports the strategic goals and operational efficiency of the wholesale and retail organizations.Operational Model and Job Descriptions: Develop the future operational model and corresponding job descriptions, ensuring alignment with HR to support the new organizational structure.Communication ManagementTraining and Development: Customize and implement global MPC training concepts to fit the Korean market, enhancing existing programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to new business processes and systems.Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for all change-related communications, and be responsible for creating clear, transparent, and engaging communication materials across all levels of the organization.Event Organization: Plan and organize major events for change management purposes, including workshops, seminars, and town halls to engage employees and stakeholders in the transformation process.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various Work Packages, HR, and top management to align objectives, strategies, and implementation plans.Improvement ManagementBenchmarking: Benchmark with other RoF markets in Overseas and Europe to gather insights and best practices for change management and future wholesale organization, ensuring that the strategies implemented are competitive and effective.Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor the progress and effectiveness of transformation initiatives, providing regular updates to senior leadership.Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively.Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by gathering feedback, analyzing outcomes, and refining strategies as needed.Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in change management, organizational transformation, or a related field, preferably within the automotive or retail industry.
Familiarity with Retail Operations: Understanding of retail operations and customer experience management is advantageous.
Specific knowledge: Strong leadership and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in change management methodologies and tools.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Event planning and organizational skills.
Strong writing and content creation skills.
Ability to benchmark and incorporate best practices from other markets.
Experience using Asana for project and task management, ensuring alignment with project timelines and goals.
