Job DescriptionPlan, execute, and monitor IT projects from conception to implementation, within the defined timeframe, budget, and requirements.Define project scope, objectives, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.Manage project teams, assigning tasks, setting priorities, and monitoring progress.Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation measures.Communicate proactively and effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.Ensure adherence to the company's project management processes and methodologies.Promote collaboration and teamwork, fostering a positive and productive work environment.Identify and implement opportunities for improvement in processes and projects.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field.5+ years of proven experience in IT project management, ideally in the retail or e-commerce industry.Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.
).Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, etc.
