Residential Bim Designer And Mep Modeler

We are seeking a talented Residential BIM Designer and MEP Modeler to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing BIM Models and construction documents (Architecture and MEP) in REVIT for residential projects.
You will be working alongside a team of highly skilled professionals, leveraging your BIM design expertise and project management skills to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities

Create BIM models for residential projects, focusing on Architectural, Structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systemsDevelop 3D renderings to illustrate the concept and design of the projectsCollaborate with other team members to ensure alignment with project deadlines and overall project deliverablesCoordinate MEP design development with architects and other stakeholdersEnsure projects are in compliance with industry standards and project specificationsCreate and update construction documentations, such as floor plans, schematics, and section and elevation drawings


Requirements

Bachelor's degree in ArchitectureExpertise in Revit Arch and Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and other BIM softwareIn-depth knowledge of MEP Modeling for residential projectsExperience working with construction documentation and detailingPrevious experience working for the U.S MarketFluent English and Effective communication skillsAttention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
