Mission of the Position: Reporting directly to the General Manager of Gran Meliá Iguazú, you will be responsible for:
The operations of the hotel: planning, coordination, management, supervision, and analysis of results across all hotel departments.Leading and inspiring high performance in hotel teams while continuously evaluating and maintaining high-quality service and efficient work processes.Ensuring the correct implementation of Meliá Hotels International's procedures and policies, aligned with strategic plans.What Are We Looking For? A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Resident Manager or in a similar position.Ability to lead hotel operations with a strong guest focus.Comprehensive knowledge of all hotel operations.A university degree, preferably in Tourism (or equivalent studies in Hospitality and Tourism).International experience is preferred.Functional knowledge of the operations of all departments.Previous experience in luxury hotel management.Strong attention to detail and a passion for excellence.A warm and dynamic personality.Demonstrated ability in Human Resources Management and Talent Development.Knowledge of IT tools used in hotel management.High geographical flexibility is preferred.Proficiency in both English and Spanish is mandatory.At Meliá Hotels International, we are committed to equal opportunities between women and men in the workplace.
