Education and qualifications: Required: Degree in the area of the experimental biomedicine (Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology or Biomedicine) Master's degree in the field of biomedicine Experience and knowledge: Required: Experience in clinical genetics Experience in the analysis and interpretation of high-throughput experiments of NGS data (exome, genome and RNAseq) Main responsibilities and duties: Management of NGS research project.
NGS data analysis filtering and selection of variants and analysis of variant pathogenicity.
Database construction and maintenance.
Interaction and participation with researchers.
Labour conditions: Full-time position: 40h/week Starting date: Immediate Gross annual salary: 22.823,22 euros (Remuneration will depend on experience and skills.
