Research Analyst – Voice of the CustomerThe analyst will work side-by-side with the internal teams of one of CRISIL's clients, a Global Private Equity Firm in NY. The candidate will provide support to the Voice of the Customer team, which produces customized surveys to understand consumer awareness, interaction, and satisfaction with products or brands.
Main duties: Project management support:Participate in interviews with the investment professionals to understand their survey needs and project goals.Coordinate communication and processes between investment professionals and survey vendors.Gather all investor feedback (e.g., required analysis) and communicate it to the internal team and fieldwork partners.Manage the survey lifecycle: Check and document all critical survey milestones (e.g., link testing, soft launch, critical items checklist).Communicate updates to all stakeholders at frequent intervals to keep them informed.Survey analysis support:Help analyze raw survey data usually generated by Qualtrics, Q software, Marketsight, or other survey programming tools.Create a data trail that other researchers can easily map back to charts.Convert data results into understandable tables and graphs in PowerPoint presentations.Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or other relevant degrees.Skills required: Fluency in English (Mandatory).Excellent oral and written communication skills (Key skill).High level of attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent skills in Word, Spreadsheet, and PowerPoint.Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle large volumes of work.Interest in surveys and data management is a plus.Willingness to stretch and work with global clients.Flexibility and adaptability to change.Able to work in a team setup – very important!Location: Vicente Lopez, BA, Argentina.
