Requirements *Completed studies in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field *3+ years of experience in business analyst role, with focus on the aviation industry and requirements management *Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in service requirements and system requirements management *Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences *Proven experience with project management methodologies (e.g.
Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g.
JIRA, Trello) *Familiarity with requirements management tools (e.g.
IBM DOORS, JIRA) and databases (e.g.
