Job Summary:
The Pre-Primary Teacher is responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children. The role involves planning and delivering age-appropriate educational activities, fostering social and emotional development, and building positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities: Curriculum Planning and Implementation:
Develop and implement a curriculum that aligns with educational standards and caters to the developmental needs of young children.
Plan and prepare daily lesson plans, activities, and learning materials that are engaging and educational.Classroom Management:
Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment.
Manage classroom behavior and ensure that students follow classroom rules and routines.
Address individual needs and adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.Child Development and Support:
Observe and assess each child's developmental progress and learning needs.
Provide individual and group support to encourage social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
Foster a positive and supportive atmosphere where children feel valued and encouraged.Communication and Collaboration:
Maintain regular communication with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns.
Collaborate with colleagues and participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and school events.Record Keeping and Reporting:
Keep accurate records of each child's progress, achievements, and behavior.
Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all students by adhering to school policies and procedures.
Respond to emergencies and provide first aid when necessary.Professional Development:

Attend workshops, conferences, and training sessions to enhance professional skills and knowledge.Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
