SUMMARY OF POSITION Berlitz Canada is looking for a proactive, efficient and hands-on candidate to fulfill the role of Sales Representative as a full-time, remote position. RESPONSIBILITIES Selling to potential local (Canada) and international customers Warm calls and consultations to get to know the customers and their needs in order to provide appropriate solutions (phone and Zoom) Possessing in-depth product knowledge to deliver sales presentations to customers during consultations Interacting with 10-12 customers daily via videoconference Meeting our weekly and monthly sales targets, reporting these numbers to the managers and developing strategies for future sales Following up with prospect customers by email/phone/videoconference after their consultations Tracking all sales activities in company CRM system (SalesForce), updating information regularly Invoicing customers using the company POS system Booking appointments for customers (Calendly, Outlook Calendar, among other platforms used extensively) Other Administrative tasks REQUIREMENTS Proficient level of English (Required) Located in Latin America (Required) Available to work Wednesday to Sunday (Required) Proficient level of French (preferred) Experience in email & business writing (preferred) University bachelor's degree education (ideal minimum) Paypal account (required) Technical requirements: Internet Speed: at least 6 MPS upload and 10 MPS Download Camera: at least 480 MP, preferably 720 minimum. 8Gb RAM Experience hosting meetings on Zoom and/or MS Teams, Google Meet. Company shall provide training for product knowledge acquisition and more prior to starting.
Salary: Fixed CAD salary per month ($850 CAD), plus up to 3.5% UNCAPPED commissions on all his/her sales (hundreds of potential client inquiries per month to convert to sales; substantial cash collection achievable due to premium product.)
Working hours: 40 per week
Independent contractor position (healthcare system, vacation time, pension plan, are SOLE responsibility of the contractor.)
