This position is primarily remote , but candidates based in Bulgaria also have the option to work in a hybrid setup .
If you prefer an office environment, you can also relocate to Sofia for a more traditional work experience.
In this role, you will provide excellent customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients regarding our sports products and services.
While prior experience in customer service or the sports industry is beneficial, it is not essential as we provide full training and all the necessary equipment.

Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer support through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
Address customer inquiries about products, orders, shipping, returns, and any other services we provide.
Issue Resolution: Efficiently manage and resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a positive outcome and customer satisfaction.
Product Expertise: Maintain a solid understanding of our sports products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding product details, availability, pricing, and promotions.
Order Support: Assist customers with order-related tasks, including tracking, cancellations, modifications, and payment inquiries.
Ensure smooth order processing and resolution of any issues.
Customer Insights: Gather and document customer feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service and product offerings.
Documentation: Keep accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-up and effective issue resolution.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as logistics, sales, and marketing to address customer needs and improve overall service.
Ongoing Development: Stay up to date with product updates, industry trends, and best practices to improve your performance and enhance the customer experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications: Language Skills: Fluent in Portuguese at a B2 level (both written and spoken) Fluent in English at a B2 level (both written and spoken) Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly, clear, and professional manner.
Experience: Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not required An interest in or knowledge of the sports industry is a plus.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with customer service software or CRM tools is beneficial, but not essential Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes.
Problem-Solving: Strong ability to resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and professionally Capable of troubleshooting and providing solutions that enhance the customer experience.
Self-Management: Comfortable working independently in a remote or hybrid environment Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
