This position is remote for candidates based in Bulgaria, with the opportunity for a hybrid work arrangement in Sofia if preferred.
Relocation support will be provided for those who wish to work from our Sofia office part-time.
Position Summary: As a Polish-Speaking Customer Support Advisor , you will be the first point of contact for our Polish-speaking customers, helping them with product information, order inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Although prior customer service experience is a plus, we are looking for motivated candidates with a passion for sports and a strong desire to assist others.
This role allows for remote work from Bulgaria, and for those interested, relocation assistance is available for hybrid work in Sofia.
Responsibilities: Customer Assistance: Provide exceptional support to Polish-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat, addressing questions, guiding them through product details, and resolving issues.
Product and Service Support: Assist customers by explaining product features, helping with purchases, managing returns or exchanges, and providing after-sales support.
Problem Resolution: Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly, ensuring they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, ensuring thorough documentation within the company's CRM system for future reference.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with various internal departments (e.g., sales, logistics, technical support) to resolve customer issues and improve the overall experience.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to deliver accurate and helpful information to customers.
Customer Feedback: Collect and report customer feedback to help identify areas for improvement and contribute to enhancing products and services.
Qualifications: Language Proficiency: Strong command of Polish (B2 or higher) and English (B2 or higher), with excellent communication skills in both languages.
Experience: Previous customer service experience is beneficial, though not essential.
A positive, customer-focused attitude and a willingness to learn are equally important.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to effectively manage and resolve complex customer issues in a professional manner.
Technical Skills: Basic familiarity with customer service tools and CRM systems is advantageous, but full training will be provided.
