About Code Galaxy

- Overview
As a part-time Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Code Galaxy, you'll be instrumental in expanding our reach within the EdTech space by connecting with schools, parents, and educational organizations who could benefit from our programs. You'll manage a blend of inbound and outbound leads, aiming to grow our user base and promote our courses to new markets. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a passion for education, and the ability to communicate the value of Code Galaxy's offerings. You'll primarily engage prospective customers through both inbound inquiries and strategic outreach efforts, helping increase awareness and enrollment.
- Key Responsibilities
- - Handle inbound inquiries from prospective students, parents, and organizations.
- Conduct outreach to schools, educational programs, and potential B2B clients to introduce them to Code Galaxy's offerings.
- Identify and qualify leads to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Effectively convey the benefits of Code Galaxy's curriculum to prospective clients.
- Schedule calls and meetings to demonstrate our platform and offerings.
- Track and manage leads in our CRM (HubSpot preferred).
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and identify new target markets.
- Report regularly on outreach progress and success metrics.
- Requirements
- - Proven experience in sales, business development, or as an SDR, ideally in the EdTech sector.
- Familiarity with the educational technology landscape or K-12 schools is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively.
- Strong self-motivation and target-driven approach to meeting and exceeding goals.
- Proficient in CRM software, especially HubSpot.
