We're looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join our dynamic team and deliver technical assistance to our clients via voice, chat, and emailall while working remotely from Serbia!
Key Responsibilities: Provide timely technical support to customers through multiple channels (voice, chat, email) Ensure a high-quality customer experience in every interaction Document all customer interactions in the CRM system Collaborate with internal teams, contribute to department initiatives, and support your colleagues What Were Looking For: Fluent in German (C1+) and English (B2+) Residing in Serbia with legal right to work Previous experience in customer or technical support (IT/help desk experience preferred) Ability to pass a background check Strong problem-solving, critical thinking skills, and adaptability to change Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team Proficient in PC-based internet and software applications (Microsoft Office, etc.)
