DescriptionBe the key driver to coach and support our leaders, teams and scrum masters in their scaled agile adoption, mindset & execution.Optimize the flow of value through the ART by applying appropriate agile tools and methods.Facilitate planning, execution, and delivery of events and processes to synchronize the ART.Drive the continuous improvement of the ART through the facilitation of Inspect and Adapt workshops and the implementation of improvement actions.Collaborate with Product Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment.Assist the ART by making impediments visible and support removing obstacles early on.Help assure value delivery, manage risk and dependencies and drive relentless continuous improvement.Collaborate with other RTEs across the organization to share best practices.Track and publish metrics to ensure the ART is progressing towards meeting its objectives and outcomes.Assist with economic decision-making by facilitating feature and capability estimation by teams and the roll-up to Epics where necessary.Work with Product and Solution Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to help ensure a healthy Product Backlog and readiness for PI Planning.Support and enforce the SAFe Quality Practices and participate in the coordination of end-to-end testing where necessary.QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.Certified SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) or equivalent experience in a similar role within a SAFe environment.Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Release Train Engineer, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Agile Coach.Profound understanding of the SAFe framework, its application, and Lean-Agile principles.Demonstrated outstanding moderation/facilitation and coaching skills in facilitating Program Increment (PI) planning, Inspect and Adapt workshops, and other key SAFe ceremonies.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coach teams and stakeholders in Agile practices and mindsets.Experience with Agile project management tools such as JIRA & Confluence.Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and impediments that affect program scope, schedule, and quality.Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to handle issues swiftly within the Agile Release Train (ART).Ability to work with stakeholders of all kinds and levels, from team members to upper management.Organization
