How your role will add to the story: We're looking for a Regional Support Analyst. You will be responsible for operational and administrative support, as well as timely/accurate/regular analysis, to support sales goals and programs. You'll also contribute to the day-to-day management of various areas to provide greater transparency of sales performance – furthering brand dedication and focus. You will work within the National Sales department to help support the new regional structure.
A day in the life Provide and distribute sales related reports to all dealers, including but not limited to PROACT (MB and AMG) and SWOT of carlines.Understand the top 5 KPIs in performance reports and update the reports on a monthly basis.Analyze market share ranking for all areas of responsibility, segment analysis, pump in/out reports, financial status update, sales mix, inventory analysis, loyalty and CEI performance.Prepare recommendations on special discounts/sales contests, when necessary.Prepare dealer visit presentations for the Senior Management at Head Office and coordinate with the Pre-Owned, Vans and After-Sales teams in the development of all KPIs.Build region specific presentations on a monthly basis for the Operational Committee along with a summary page with a brief SWOT analysis.Assist in the calculation, preparation, proposal and distribution of dealer sales targets of all carlines on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.Assist in proposing targets for future months (MB, Smart and AMG).Assist the Senior Sales Operations Analyst to maintain model/dealer lists linked to all reports in various IT systems, including but not limited to SAP, Oracle, MIRS, Tableau, API, AIAMC etc.Assist in the management of AMG Performance Centres (PC) by monitoring monthly sales and AMG demo usage while ensuring full utilization of demo support program.Assist in the deployment, development and implementation of AMG PCs in collaboration with Network Development and AMG.Assist the Senior Sales Operations Analyst to generate sales channel reports over 24 month periods as part of volume planning.Mercedes-Benz Canada is committed to fostering an inclusive, equitable, and accessible environment where all employees and customers feel valued, respected, and supported.
