We are currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our team.
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for managing relationships with all top revenue producing customers and developing total product sales growth for our sales channel. The role requires an experienced sales manager with solid industry and product knowledge and strong technical skills.
Key Responsibilities Full ownership of all relationships (VARs, consultants and end-users), channel management and sales activities within assigned regionBuild and implement sales action plans to effectively and efficiently execute on company strategyProvide active participation in sales activities required to achieve business success and deliver on financial objectivesDevelop key sales competencies as required to maximize success, including but not limited to prospecting, lead generation, influencing, business acumen and business judgmentMaintain an extensive knowledge of customers, opportunities, markets and competitionBuild and maintain aggressive account growth plans of top customers in assigned geography and execute those plansEnable connections with proper internal resources so as to provide our customers with value and ease of doing businessAdd value to customers through activities including product demonstrations, regional trade shows and product road showsBuild and execute on plans and market strategic initiatives to support customer and training needs, as well as provide feedbackYou Must Have BA/BS degree with 5 to 7+ years' experienceEnterprise sales experienceSecurity access control and video industry sales experienceDeveloped and proven sales skills including prospecting, negotiating, influencing and sellingTravel availability (up to 70%) for visits planned beforehandSpanish ProficiencyEnglish Proficiency is preferredWe Value MS Office proficiencyExperience with a CRMStrong interpersonal written/verbal communicationAnalytical and problem resolution skillsProactive and high energy, strong customer focus and responsiveness, adaptableMore About Us
