The Regional On Premise Manager has the overall responsibility for breaking down and implementing the national business plan in the assigned region.
The ROPM is the leader of the Musketeers.

Recommended 2 years of management experience (in the FMCG business is a plus).
Experience in a Musketeer position preferred.Strong On Premise industry knowledge and already have established contacts in the night scene or gastronomy, and/or you are able to make them quickly and smoothly.Open, extroverted and not afraid to approach people.

Possesses self-awareness and is able to adapt communication, presentation and professional appearance according to audience and scene.Clear understanding of markets, sales and distribution, consumer behaviour and competitor activity in FMCG context.Solid presentation and communication skills such as selling, negotiating, training, coaching and active listening.Self-motivated and is able to work independently in a high energy, fast-paced, field-based environment.
