Responsible for driving growth strategies with concentration in conservation of customers, and leading country teams to achieve the business goals for direct marketing channels (Consumer Business Distribution), being a strategy data-driven partner that will create tests and experiments to positively influence conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for improvement in NWP and profitability of consumer campaigns across the region.
- Constant monitoring of all consumer lines campaigns across the region considering business profitability
- Accountable for Implement Lapse reduction plan across the region and identify new opportunities for retention strategies.
- Identify improvement opportunities for Converted Rate / Billing Collection strategy.
- Constant monitoring of KPIs in Direct Marketing business focus on improvements.
- Coach and guide local Consumer Lines teams in the implementation and monitoring of initiatives.
- Requirements
- BA / BSc in Business, Economics, Statistics Business, Marketing, or another related field.
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of insurance business metrics; ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data.
- Strong skills in preparing and delivering multidisciplinary teamwork; consolidate large amount of information into cohesive, accurate and crystal-clear presentations.
- Strong organizational skills : ability to manage his / her own work independently and in collaboration with distributed teams.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to identify and resolve problems.

- Advanced knowledge of the structure and content of the English and Spanish Language. Portuguese good to have.
Experience
- Knowledge of the Insurance industry and product's mass distribution.
