The Client Advice Manager (Regional) plays a pivotal role as the primary contact and strategic lead advisor for key clients within their designated region. They are responsible for overseeing a regional client service team, conducting business reviews, anticipating client needs, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with client goals. This role requires building trusted relationships, providing expert counsel, and managing regional strategies and budgets.
Responsibilities:
Build Trusted Advisor Relationships: Develop strong relationships with assigned clients, offering strategic advice and counsel.Develop Regional Strategies: Lead the development of regional client strategies aligned with overall client goals.Coordinate Client Service Team: Oversee and coordinate activities of the regional client service team to ensure effective delivery.Business Reviews: Conduct regular business reviews with clients to identify opportunities and address challenges.Identify New Business Opportunities: Anticipate client needs and identify new business opportunities within the region.Collaborate for Solutions: Partner with other agency teams to develop solutions that meet client needs.Ensure Client Satisfaction: Deliver high-quality work and services to maintain client satisfaction.Financial Management: Monitor regional budgets, forecasts, and financial performance for clients.Represent Client Interests: Advocate for client priorities and interests in regional and agency-wide discussions.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.6-10 years in account/client service management.Deep understanding of advertising/marketing industry and strategic planning.Strong consulting and advisory skills.Excellent presentation and communication skills.Proven ability to build trusted client relationships.Experience overseeing and managing client service teams.Strong leadership and people management skills.Understanding of business and financial concepts.Ability to approach challenges with analytical thinking.Nivel de antigüedad Intermedio #J-18808-Ljbffr
