This is a remote, work from home position. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled remote Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Argentina. As a Recruitment Consultant , you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting potential candidates for a variety of positions within our organization. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring that we are meeting their hiring needs effectively. Rates in USD: $3.74 per hour Schedule: EST / 36 hours a week Monday to Friday - Weekend as needed Responsibilities:
Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and essential job requirements Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent to our organization Utilizing various sourcing techniques such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify and engage potential candidates Providing guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interview preparation and feedback Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal High level of organization and attention to detail Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively Knowledge of HR laws and regulations related to recruitment and selection processes Benefits Work from home Access to diverse projects Opportunities for professional growth Collaboration with diverse teams No commute time No dress code (unless there's a meeting!)
