Your Mission as a Recruiting Coordinator As a Recruiting Coordinator at Altamkeen, your mission is to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process, attracting top talent to drive our company's growth and success. You'll play a critical role in shaping our workforce by supporting the recruitment lifecycle from start to finish. You will be handling these duties and responsibilities as Recruiting Coordinator Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. Act as the key liaison between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring clear communication and timely feedback. Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) to accurately reflect candidate statuses, notes, and follow-ups. Assist in organizing recruitment events and participate in career fairs to promote Altamkeen as an employer of choice. Support the development and implementation of sourcing strategies to attract a diverse and qualified candidate pool. Qualifications and Skills that will allow you to thrive as a Recruiting Coordinator 1 years in a recruiting or HR support role. Passion to pursue a career in HR and HR related work. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and preferably experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS). Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Additional Information Work Type: Hybrid (remote office-based). Working Days Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 9 a.m to 5 p.m
