Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Recruiter with expertise in the manufacturing and semiconductor industries. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent to meet the dynamic needs of our organization. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of industry-specific roles and requirements, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition:
Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract skilled professionals for manufacturing and semiconductor roles.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and long-term hiring goals.Candidate Sourcing:
Utilize job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks to source high-caliber candidates.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.Screening and Assessment:
Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and facilitate technical interviews, skill assessments, and background checks.Stakeholder Collaboration:
Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Provide regular updates and insights to management regarding hiring progress and challenges.Compliance and Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Ensure recruitment practices comply with legal requirements and company policies.Market Intelligence:
Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.
Use insights to refine recruitment strategies and attract top talent.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience as a recruiter in the manufacturing and semiconductor sectors.Strong knowledge of industry-specific roles, including engineers, technicians, operators, and quality assurance personnel.Familiarity with recruitment tools such as ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and meet deadlines.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Preferred Skills: Experience with technical screening or skill-based assessments.Understanding of labor laws and compliance in the manufacturing/semiconductor industries.Proficiency in using data analytics to improve recruitment efficiency and outcomes.What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work with industry-leading talent and technology.Professional development and growth opportunities.A collaborative and inclusive work environment.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
