A career in our Human Resources, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to make a difference at PwC by helping to fully leverage the skills and talents of all our people. You'll help our local offices in driving the Firm's people strategy, creating a unique people experience for each individual, and supporting our Firm wide values by working with the core competencies that measure and drive individual and Firm wide success in the marketplace. Como Senior Associate, trabajarás como parte de un equipo que soluciona problemas, ayudando a resolver problemas comerciales complejos desde la estrategia hasta la ejecución. Las habilidades y responsabilidades del profesional de PwC para este nivel incluyen, entre otras:
- Contar con al menos 2.5 años de experiencia en procesos de reclutamiento end to end. (excluyente)
- Nivel de ingles avanzado/bilingue (excluyente)
- Manejo de herramientas de reclutamiento (deseable)
- Sourcing, Phone Screening, manejo de Workday, ofertas (deseable)
- Estudiantes avanzados/ graduados en Recursos Humanos, Psicología o afines.
