You'll play a dual role, wielding your recruiting expertise to connect top candidates with dream jobs, then seamlessly transitioning them into successful careers with our clients.
Here's what you'll do: Rock the Recruitment Game: Source, screen, and interview top-tier talent across various industries. Become a master matchmaker, pairing candidates' skills and goals with the perfect job opportunities. Onboarding Extraordinaire: Craft a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring they feel welcome, informed, and excited about their new roles. Become their first point of contact and champion their success from day one. Be a Team Player: Collaborate closely with both internal and external teams, fostering strong relationships. Embrace the Startup Spirit: Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, where innovation and agility are key. Contribute fresh ideas and help us refine our processes. We're looking for someone who: Has 2+ years of recruitment experience, with a proven track record of success. Thrives on building relationships and possesses excellent communication skills. Is a detail-oriented organizer with a passion for creating seamless processes. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant recruitment software. Advanced written and verbal English communication skills are essential.
