How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?The Intercompany Analyst reports directly to the Intercompany Team Lead /Intercompany Supervisor. The primary function is to be responsible for a wide range of Intercompany operations of the organization: Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Accounting and Reporting. The analyst will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting strategic financial decision-making.
Job ResponsibilitiesComply with AL Policies and Values.Responsible for contributing in achieving the Intercompany Team metrics.Process intercompany AP & AR invoices.Perform cash applications of intercompany invoices.Follow all the steps related to the netting process.Respond to inquiries related to intercompany transactions.Enter journal entries into the SAP / Oracle general ledger module.Perform account reconciliations.Responsible for complying with deadlines.Provide Guidelines / Standardization.Keep a smooth communication process with all the team members and stakeholders.Responsible for detecting and escalating IC related processes and tasks that are not working properly or need to be improved.Collaborate in different tasks where support is required.Assist Junior Analysts in their daily work. Point of contact.Detect improvement opportunities to trigger off new projects.Participate in the writing, updating and defining SOP / DTPs.Are you a MATCH?QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, International Trade or Business Administration preferred. Also students in 3rd or 4th year, majoring in Public Accounting, Business Administration or similar.
Experience & Qualifications:Proven experience as an analyst or similar role.Knowledge in accounting software and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Knowledge and Skills:Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.Digital mindset for systems automation and connectivity.Continuous improvement mindset for process improvements.Skills in Google Suite.Language Requirements:English: Intermediate - Advanced English
