How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? As a Reporting Analyst at Air Liquide, you will play a crucial role in collecting, analyzing, and presenting data to support key business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain various reports and dashboards, helping to provide insights that drive operational efficiency and strategic growth. This position reports directly to the Financial Planning and Reporting Team Lead.
Job Responsibilities Data Collection and Analysis: Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources.
Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and maintain data models and databases.
Report Development: Design and create reports and dashboards using reporting tools such as Power BI.
Customize reports to meet the needs of different stakeholders.
Automate report generation processes where possible.
Data Visualization: Present data in a clear and visually appealing manner using charts, graphs, and other data visualization techniques.
Interpret and communicate insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Report Maintenance: Ensure data accuracy and consistency in all reports.
Keep reports up to date with the latest data.
Address any issues or errors promptly.
Collaboration: Work closely with departments across the organization to understand their reporting needs.
Collaborate with IT teams to improve data infrastructure and data quality.
Are you a MATCH? Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree (or studying) in Business, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
Experience/Certifications: Proven experience as a Reporting Analyst or similar role.
Consolidation and cash flows reporting highly desirable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting software.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Results oriented, self-starter with the ability to manage conflicting priorities under tight deadlines.
Overtime is required during month end close and occasionally at other times, possibly with little advance notice.
Language Requirements: English: Advanced- Intermediate required [B1/B2]
Spanish mandatory.
Knowledge and Skills: Solid understanding of financial analysis.
Intermediate skills in Excel or in Google Sheets.
Ability to work and take initiative in a matrix organization.
Interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
Digital mindset for systems automation and connectivity.
