How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? The Fixed Assets Analyst reports directly to the Fixed Assets Team Lead. The primary function is to be responsible for a wide range of Fixed Assets tasks, including financial D&A analysis, reporting, reconciliations, and compliance.
Job Responsibilities: Responsible for Monthly Project Commitment and Expenditure reporting. Ensure all closing activities are done timely and accurately. Responsible for capitalization, closure, supplement, and decommitment of projects. Works with project managers to break out large projects into components and capitalize accordingly. On a monthly basis, prepares and analyzes capitalized interest schedule and records related journal entries. Responsible for reviewing, posting, and logging of journal entries necessary for month-end close and for one-off adjustments. Responsible for owning monthly reconciliation of assigned accounts, including research and follow-up. Responsible for preparation of quarterly reports due to Air Liquide Head Office, including analysis of depreciation variations. Assists with Target and reforecast. Assists with both internal and external audit requests. Prepare an updated own Capacity file in order to list the activities performed and the time consumed by each of them. Prepare and update the detailed mapping process file and share it with the management. Are you a MATCH? Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required. Experience/Certifications: Minimum 1-4 years experience in Accounting role preferred. Oracle experience highly desirable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization. Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments. Results oriented, self-starter with the ability to manage conflicting priorities under tight deadlines. Experience in shared service center preferred; experience in multinational company desirable. Knowledge and Skills: Ability to work and take initiative in a matrix organization. Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills. Digital mindset for systems automation and connectivity. Continuous improvement mindset for process improvements. Requirements: English: Intermediate/Advanced proficiency required [B2/C1].
