The Role
This remote position is perfect for someone with a background in sales or customer service, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate approach to sensitive conversations.
What You'll Do :
- Lead Generation : Make outbound cold calls to homeowners, introducing them to our real estate services and identifying potential leads.
- Dialer Management : Use the Mojo dialing system to efficiently manage calls, with training provided for other software as needed.
- Research & Database Management : Research and compile new leads to maintain a consistent flow of opportunities.
- Communication & Empathy : Handle each call with professionalism and empathy, especially when speaking with homeowners in distressing situations.
- Value Articulation : Clearly communicate our value proposition, navigating complex information to pinpoint viable leads.
Ideal Profile
What You Bring :
- Cold Calling Experience : Proven experience in cold calling, sales, or customer service, ideally within the real estate industry.
- Clear & Compassionate Communication : Fluent English with the ability to speak clearly and minimize accent for effective communication.
- Software Savvy : Experience with lead management tools like Mojo, with a willingness to learn new systems.
- Research & Organization Skills : Strong ability to research, organize, and prioritize lead information.
- Resilience & Positivity : Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain a friendly, engaging demeanor.
