Job Title: Real Estate - Disposition Specialist (100% Work From Home) Location: Remote from Latin America Position Type: Full-time Salary : $1,360 - $1600 USD/month + $250 USD per every closed deal Schedule: Mon-Fri 10am to 6pm EST Position Overview: The Real Estate Disposition Specialist is responsible for managing the sale of properties acquired by our company.
This role involves marketing, negotiating, and closing deals to maximize profits.
The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate wholesaling, particularly in the U.S. market, must have a strong understanding of real estate sales processes and be knowledgeable of CRM such as Podio.
Key Responsibilities: - Property Sales:*Manage the disposition of properties, including marketing, negotiating, and closing deals with buyers.
- Market Expertise: Apply a deep understanding of real estate wholesaling and market dynamics to ensure successful transactions.
- Buyer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate investors, cash buyers, and other stakeholders.
- CRM Management: Utilize real estate CRMs and sales tools to track leads, manage transactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with buyers to maximize profitability.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by driving efficient and effective sales processes.
- Work closely with acquisition teams to ensure smooth transitions from acquisition to disposition.
Qualifications: - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Disposition Specialist with a U.S.-based real estate investing company.
- Strong understanding of real estate wholesaling, sales processes, and market trends.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish.

- Experienced in using real estate CRMs and sales tools.
