What you will doBe hands-on in architecting and implementing frontend solutions from a given set of requirements either as an individual contributor or as a technical lead;Create technical work plans and execute on those plans to accomplish frontend objectives;Assist in maintaining existing frontend applications;Mentor and guide other frontend engineers;Contribute to Wordly's engineering processes and culture to maintain a cooperative and supportive environment for all.Must haves5+ years of hands-on experience in architecting, implementing, and delivering frontend solutions from a set of product requirements;2+ years of experience in leading software development work in some capacity;Experience working with React library and common React development patterns;Experience working with React-based frameworks such as Next.js, Vue, etc;Expert knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript;Experience using the Git version control system;Leadership experience.
Able and willing to mentor other frontend engineers;Comfortable working with a fully remote team;Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision;Upper-intermediate English level.Nice to havesA deep understanding of the Angular framework;Familiarity with microservice architectures;Experience in designing APIs;Experience in setting up CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins, GitLab, TravisCI, etc;B.S.
