We're highly motivated, engaged, and empowered to make a difference.We're looking for talented engineers with a strong engineering background and a penchant for solving complex technical problems.Does this sound like you?What you'll do & how you'll make your markCollaborate with other developers on a team to design, develop, maintain, and enhancehigh quality software products.- Build scalable, enterprise-classsoftware products.- Resolve problems of advanced scope and engage assistance from more experiencedteam members where appropriate.- Contribute to and benefit from a team of amazing people- Facilitate continuousimprovement and agile SDLC- Mentor & Motivate other software engineers- Write clean, well-formed, testable, and maintainable software following the acceptedcoding standards and using best software development practices.Identify, troubleshoot, debug, and resolve defects in software and related systems on anadvanced level.- Contribute to the project discovery processin a meaningful way.- Identify ways to optimize our software products to provide for the needs of our enterprisescale business.Who you are & what you'll need to succeed.Strong understanding with 3+ years of experience in HTML5, CSS, React, React Hooks,JavaScript (ES6 and beyond), TypeScript.Excellent verbal and writing skills; ability to produce clear, concise communications anddocumentation.- Experience working in an Agile / Scrum development process- Unit Testing, Git, CI / CD using Jenkins.- Familiarity with analytics framework viz. GTM, Hotjar, etc.- Exposure to technologies like Kubernetes, Docker, API Gateways, Service Workers,CDN,etc. is a plus.Openness to change and eagerness to work with tools and technologies that may beoutside your comfort zone- Excellent conceptual, and critical thinking capabilities- Mobile app technologies such as React Native is a plus- Experience with PWA and SPAs is a plus- Basic knowledge of image authoring tools, to be able to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an image.
