Position Overview: The Re-contracting War Room Specialist will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing over 1200 maintenance contracts.
The ideal candidate will have experience in contract management, data analysis, and project coordination, with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency and contract profitability.
Key Responsibilities: Contract Analysis and Management: Review and analyze existing maintenance contracts to ensure compliance with company standards and profitability targets.
Identify contracts that require renegotiation or modification based on operational data, profitability, and client needs.
Develop strategies to optimize contract terms, including pricing adjustments, scope modifications, and service level agreements.
Data Management and Reporting: Utilize data management tools to organize and maintain a centralized database of contracts.
Generate detailed reports on contract performance, highlighting areas of risk and opportunity.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
Process Improvement and Best Practices: Identify and implement process improvements within the re-contracting workflow to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Establish and document best practices for contract management.
Participate in regular team meetings to review progress, share insights, and drive continuous improvement.
Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that re-contracting milestones are met Provide regular updates to senior management on re-contracting progress and outcomes.
Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Zoom.
Experience in contract management, data analysis, and project coordination.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data management and reporting.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Haves: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Law, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in contract management, project management, or a related role.
Experience in the facilities management industry.
Proficiency in contract management software and tools.
