At Inallmedia.com, we are seeking a QuickBooks Online Expert with at least 4+ years of advanced experience with the tool.
The ideal candidate will work closely with our upper management to ensure effective and accurate financial management. This is a remote position with a GMT +1 time zone, and fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
Responsibilities :
- Advanced QuickBooks Online Management : Configure, customize, and optimize QuickBooks Online to meet the specific needs of the company.
- Accounting and Financial Reporting : Prepare and analyze financial statements, cash flow reports, and profitability reports.
- Bank Reconciliation : Conduct regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable Management : Oversee and manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice and payment tracking.
- Tax Compliance : Ensure that all transactions are recorded in accordance with local and international tax regulations.
- Financial Data Analysis : Provide detailed financial data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Support to Upper Management : Provide ongoing advice and support to upper management on financial and accounting matters.
Requirements :
- Experience : Minimum of 3 years of proven experience using QuickBooks Online at an expert level.
- Technical Skills :
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online, including system configuration, reporting, and analysis.
- Experience integrating QuickBooks with other financial tools and platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial practices.
- Communication Skills : Fluency in both Spanish and English,
with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical Abilities : Ability to analyze complex financial data and present clear and accurate conclusions.
- Attention to Detail : Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct errors effectively.
- Autonomy and Time Management : Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Confidentiality and Ethics : Maintain high standards of confidentiality and ethics in handling sensitive financial information.
