Quality Management System Sr. Engineer/ Internal Auditor

Job Description: 1. Lead the preparations and conduct of Internal Audits on all Management Systems being subscribed to (i.e., ISO, RBA, Product Safety)

Generation of the audit program/plan and audit checklists according to standards and legal requirements. Lead and conduct the actual internal audits. 2. Analyze the Internal audit results to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the systems in place and drive standardized actions.

3. Manage/Drive CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions) responses and closure.

CAR response review and analysis; challenge the CAR recipients for deeper analysis of the problem/nonconformities for more appropriate and systemic solutions. 4. Review system and operational procedures to verify coverage of standards, legal, and organizational internal requirements.

5. Facilitate training for Internal Auditors on applicable Management System Standards and other requirements.

Qualifications and Skills: College graduate in the field of Engineering with a minimum of 5 years QMS-related working experience in the electronics or manufacturing industry. At least 5 years of experience in internal auditing. Knowledgeable in at least ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. Preferably trained/certified as a Lead Auditor. Knowledge in ISO 13485, IECex, CCCex, RBA, and ESD Control Requirements is an advantage. Job Type: Full-time
